Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with around 3 years+ of experience managing tech teams and communicating with customers. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate development work,understand technical requirements, and act as a bridge between internal teams and clients. This role combines project execution, product thinking, and customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of technical projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Talk to customers to understand requirements, gather feedback, and share updates.
• Convert business needs into clear technical tasks for the team.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support product planning, prioritization, and release coordination.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Resolve blockers and escalate issues when needed.
• Help improve project processes, team coordination, and delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in project management, product coordination, or technical account

management.

• Strong communication skills for working with both technical teams and customers.
• Good understanding of software development workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience working with tech teams and handling client conversations.
• Basic technical knowledge to understand systems, APIs, and development requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software or IT services (OTT, Ecommerce and similar domain).
• Exposure to product management or client success roles.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Ability to write clear requirement documents and user stories.
• Understanding of release planning, QA, and delivery tracking.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
