Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for our media and entertainment business. The role requires someone with a strong understanding of recruitment, industry networking, employee engagement, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple teams across the company
• Hire for roles including Influencer Marketing, Production, Sales, Revenue Generation, Music, Artist Management, A&R, Social Media, and Marketing
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and industry network
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements and closures
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture activities
• Support employer branding and help position the company as a preferred workplace
• Bring in fresh ideas for employee experience and team culture

Requirements

• Strong experience in talent acquisition and media hiring
• Good network within the media, entertainment, influencer, or digital industry
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and fast-paced hiring
• Creative mindset with interest in employee engagement and branding
