Job Description
Old School Rituals is growing its presence in the professional beauty and salon channel, and we are looking for a passionate, relationship-driven person to represent the brand across Delhi NCR.
Rooted in time-tested Indian beauty rituals and crafted for the modern consumer, Old School Rituals brings heritage skincare and haircare formulations to people who value purity, authenticity, and results.
As we expand our salon partnerships, we are looking for someone who can be the on-ground face of the brand and build meaningful, long-term relationships with salon partners.
Role: Key Account Manager, Salon Partnerships
Location: Delhi NCR

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists
- Onboard new salon accounts and introduce them to the Old School Rituals product range
- Understand each salon’s product usage, stock requirements, and reorder cycles
- Ensure timely follow-ups so partner salons never run out of stock
- Handle product-related queries and collect regular feedback from salon partners
- Track account performance, sell-through, and repeat orders
- Share regional insights, partner feedback, and growth opportunities with the central team
- Identify ways to increase order value and expand the salon network across Delhi NCR
Who we’re looking for
- A people-person who enjoys building relationships and working on the field
- A fresher with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, or someone with prior sales experience in beauty, salon, personal care, or skincare
- Someone who understands, or is excited to understand, the Delhi NCR salon ecosystem
- Comfortable with regular regional travel and managing their own schedule
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Organised, self-motivated, and confident in speaking to salon owners and teams
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and building a premium Indian brand
