We’re Hiring: Workday Core & Advanced Compensation Consultant (Remote) Are you a certified Workday professional with a passion for compensation systems and problem-solving? We’re looking for a skilled Workday Core & Advanced Compensation Consultant to join our team! Location: Remote Note: Candidates based in Gurgaon or Bangalore are expected to work from the client office 3 days a week Experience: 5+ years Mandatory: Workday Certification Key Responsibilities Resolve NAB service tickets related to compensation issues, enhancements, and process improvements with proper documentation and prioritization Handle data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing; perform mass data loads using EIB with accuracy and validation Support annual compensation cycles and advise on Workday compensation best practices Act as an SME for Workday Compensation, training stakeholders and ensuring effective system usage Lead and support testing efforts including UAT and integration testing Stay updated with Workday releases and industry trends Mentor junior team members in configuration and testing activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, especially in Core & Advanced Compensation Experience in modules like HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent, or Absence is a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you’re ready to take your Workday expertise to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
