Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print Production Assistant to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and marketing strategies, while also managing the print production process from concept to final output. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic talent with technical expertise, ensuring high-quality print and digital materials that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content creators, and external vendors to deliver innovative visual solutions across a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual designs for print advertising, signage, branding materials, digital art, and multimedia projects using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma and Sketch
• Develop logos, icons, illustrations, motion graphics, and UI/UX layouts that enhance brand identity and user experience
• Manage color management and typography to ensure consistency across all visual assets while applying principles of color theory and layout design
• Prepare files for print production, including typesetting, sign manufacturing specifications, and layout design for various print formats
• Oversee the entire print production process from file preparation to liaising with vendors for sign manufacturing and other physical outputs
• Assist in photo manipulation, photography editing, and digital art creation to support marketing campaigns and content development
• Collaborate on website design projects using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems to produce visually appealing web pages and interactive features
• Support motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects for videos or digital presentations while ensuring seamless integration with static designs
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all visual materials by adhering to branding guidelines and visual standards
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders using presentation skills and tools like InVision or PowerPoint

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing print advertising, branding projects, digital art, UI/UX design, and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Sketch, CorelDRAW, and digital design tools such as Figma or InVision
• Hands-on experience with sign manufacturing processes and print production workflows
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web design projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of color management techniques and typography principles for professional visual communication
• Experience in photography editing or photo manipulation to enhance marketing visuals
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in both digital and print formats
