• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy using EMDR
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Utilize measurement-based tools to enhance client outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality using secure technology
• Support doctors and nurses through their mental health journeys Requirements:
• Licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
• Required EMDR training or certification
• At least 2 years of therapy experience post-licensure
• Experience working with healthcare professionals
