Your role will involve delivering confidential teletherapy sessions to healthcare professionals using effective practices, including EMDR. You'll complete thorough assessments and treatment plans to ensure optimal care while contributing significantly to the mental health of those caring for others. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver HIPAA-compliant teletherapy via Zoom
• Utilize EMDR and other evidence-based practices
• Conduct thorough assessments and create treatment plans
• Track client progress using standard measurement tools
• Work with healthcare workers to address unique challenges Requirements:
• Licensed in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
• Certification in EMDR required
• 2+ years of post-licensure therapy experience
• Familiarity with the healthcare community’s needs
