Virtual Associate Therapist (MSW, RSW) – BC & Ontario

Luminare Counselling is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Registered Social Worker (MSW level only) to join our growing virtual private practice team.

We are especially interested in clinicians licensed to practice in British Columbia, as we continue to expand our referral network and services across BC and Ontario.

Applicants MUST:

• Hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree
• Be registered and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW)
• Be legally authorized to provide psychotherapy/counselling services in British Columbia
• Carry professional liability insurance

Preference will be given to clinicians who are also registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), allowing for cross-provincial practice across BC and Ontario.

As a virtual associate therapist, you will focus primarily on providing high-quality client care while benefiting from the infrastructure and growth of an established practice.

## Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counselling sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and culturally competent care
• Collaborate professionally with other healthcare providers when appropriate
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Preferred Areas of Experience

We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or interest in:

• Trauma therapy
• Couples counselling
• EMDR
• DBT
• EFT
• Gottman Method
• Children and adolescent therapy
