Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Process Optimization, you will support supply chain strategy development, business case creation, and performance insights to drive transformation across the organization. About the Role Contribute to the design and evolution of supply chain strategies, informed by internal performance data, industry trends, and emerging best practices Translate complex data into clear insights that inform strategic direction, performance improvements, and operational decisions Develop robust financial models and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate initiatives and support investment decisions Conduct “what-if” analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and the impact of changing market or operational conditions Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor strategic initiatives and overall supply chain effectiveness Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, and planning to ensure initiatives are aligned, actionable, and delivering results Partner with project teams to advance strategic initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met Create clear, compelling presentations and recommendations that influence senior stakeholders and support decision-making In the near term, the role is focused on procurement transformation, with responsibilities spanning process design, system enablement (SAP Ariba), and analytical support for sourcing and cost optimization decisions About You Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in supply chain, strategy, operations, or consulting Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, or scenario analysis Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to a range of audiences Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions Nice to have: Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation or continuous improvement initiatives Knowledge of retail, distribution, or logistics operations Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as S&OP and cost-to-serve modeling Exposure to advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or supply chain technologies Certifications such as PMP, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma are an asset We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits including: Health/Dental Benefits Access to an Employee & Family Assistance Program a Defined Benefit Pension Discounts on products and services via Workperks.
