Reports To: Operations Manager / Director

Job Overview:

Kofteci Foodkraft is seeking a high-energy, **Restaurant Manager** to spearhead the opening and daily operations of our newest outlet in Bangalore. This is a critical role requiring a \"hands-on\" leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in established **restaurant chains** who can maintain brand standards while driving local success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence & Launch Management

Oversee the complete \"pre-opening\" to \"operational\" transition of the new Bangalore outlet.

Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while adhering to Kofteci Foodkraft’s core brand standards.

Manage daily floor operations, ensuring peak periods are handled with seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house.

2. Financial Management & Sales Growth

Take full ownership of the outlet’s P&L; (Profit and Loss) statement.

Implement local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive footfall in the Bangalore market.

Monitor food costs, labor costs, and wastage to maximize bottom-line profitability.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of service staff and kitchen coordinators.

Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of growth and accountability.

Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during high-traffic hours.

4. Guest Experience & Quality Control

Maintain 100% compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve any complaints with a \"guest-first\" mindset.

Ensure consistency in food presentation and service speed as per chain benchmarks.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Experience: 5–8 years in Restaurant Operations, with at least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a reputed restaurant chain

Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality is preferred.

Industry Background: Mandatory experience in Chain-Restaurants operations to ensure understanding of SOPs, centralized supply chains, and brand audits.

Skills

Strong command over English and Kannada (preferred for local coordination).

Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.

Exceptional leadership and \"people skills\" to motivate a young workforce.

Attributes: Dynamic, proactive, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Must have the \"owner-operator\" mindset.
