Take the lead in enhancing the lives of children as a Clinical Therapist specializing in mental health. Engage in individual, family, and group sessions while addressing complex client needs with effectiveness and compassion. In this role, you will conduct detailed assessments and create personalized treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your commitment to therapeutic engagement will play a crucial role in achieving positive clinical outcomes for at-risk youth. Evening hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans with collaborators
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Adjust treatment activities based on client progress
- Engage in collaborative team meetings and discussions Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant mental health practice
- Registration with appropriate professional licensing body needed
- Experience with DBT and CBT is an asset
