Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager – Premium Fragrance based in Indore.
The Store
Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to brand standards. The role involves leading and coaching the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promoting premium fragrance and self-care products through informed recommendations and storytelling.
The Store
Manager will monitor sales performance, implement promotional activities, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting. The role also includes maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant store environment while collaborating with regional and corporate teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications Proven ability to manage retail operations and teams, with skills in Store Management and driving performance in a premium or luxury environment.
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
Excellent Communication skills to engage customers, guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including inventory control and shrinkage management.
Previous experience in fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury retail is highly preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
Comfort using POS systems and basic software tools for reporting and inventory tracking.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
