RJK LLC (the “Company”) is hiring for a Shift Supervisor at our dispensary. The Company has partnered with Jushi as the management services provider, overseeing day-to-day operations and administration. While Jushi supports the management and operational aspects of the business, all employment and compensation decisions are the sole responsibility of RJK LLC.

RJK LLC (The “Company”), has entered into a definitive agreement with Jushi as the management services provider responsible for services necessary and appropriate for the day-to-day operations, administration, and management of the Company’s operations.  The Company is solely responsible for the employment of all employees and compensation of all employees.  It is expected that the Company will transfer ownership of the dispensary in the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

The Shift Supervisor will partner with the Dispensary Manager to lead the team. This role should lead by example by being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy. The Shift Supervisor will also be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order. The Shift Supervisor should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
