Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy

Innovative Solutions ABA Therapy is hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to support our growing in-home programs across Northern Virginia. We're looking for dedicated BTs who deliver high-quality care, communicate effectively, and value a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home or Center ABA therapy
• Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and play skills
• Collect accurate session data
• Maintain strong communication with BCBAs and families

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months ABA experience (1+ year preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Availability during peak hours, including after-school and early evenings

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees Only)

• $30–$35 per hour
• 15 PTO days + 6 paid holidays
• Travel stipend or IRS mileage reimbursement
• Advancement opportunities (Lead BT, Senior BT, Program Manager, BCBA track)
