We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end application development across distributed teams (onshore/offshore). This role requires strong technical depth, architectural leadership, and hands-on expertise in modern cloud-native ecosystems.

- Cloud: GCP (mandatory)
- Containerization: GKE / Kubernetes
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Harness, Argo CD, CircleCI
- Testing: Playwright
- Agile Tools: JIRA, Rally
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead pods of engineers delivering scalable, high-performance applications
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP
- Drive technical standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery
- Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security & Infra teams
- Own CI/CD automation and deployment strategy
- Facilitate sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives
⭐ Preferred
- GCP / Azure Certification, CKA
- Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy)
- Strong data visualization and reporting integration experience
