HII: Mission Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Risk Management Intelligence Analyst to be a Team Lead at our Woodlawn, MD location. As a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Intelligence Analyst Team Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting our Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Health and Human Services (HHS)SCRM efforts.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of experienced SCRM personnel and managing taskings, deadlines, and the status of Supply Chain Risk Assessments (SCRA).You will also be responsible for initiating, integrating, managing, assessing, and providing focused analysis to enhance our SCRM operations.You will collaborate with CMS Division of Strategic Informtion (DSI) leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure the mission and objectives of CMS DSI are met.

Lead a team of SCRM personnel and manage taskings, deadlines, and the status of SCRAs Work with various team members on policy development, project management, and SCRAs Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of CMS SCRM efforts Produce comprehensive analytic assessments, operational opportunities, and recommendations for the integration of counterintelligence (CI) activities in alignment with CMS mission and objectives Engage in external collaborations and engagements to enhance intelligence production and gather valuable insights Collaborate closely with CMS DSI leadership, program personnel, and other government agencies to ensure effective coordination and information sharing Provide subject matter expertise to prioritize topics of interest and conduct research to support the development of reports, databases, and other activities as per the needs of the Government customer Maintain a strong understanding of supplier quality management processes Oversee corporate management, requirements, and needs for the team 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience. Knowledge of various SCRM data sets and tools Ability to perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of SCRM programs and provide expertise in the development of assessments Demonstrated ability to write in a clear and concise manner, specifically targeted at senior leader communication Ability to recognize nuances, resolve contradictions and inconsistencies in information, and provide accurate and reliable analysis Understanding of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant CMS policies/standards, such as NIST 800-161, NIST 800-30, NIST 800-37, or equivalent 4 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst, including at least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Work in a office enviroment When extending an offer, HII's Mission Technologies division takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function and a candidate's education or training, work experience, and key skills.Meet HII’s Mission Technologies DivisionOur team of more than 7,000 professionals worldwide delivers all-domain expertise and advanced technologies in service of mission partners across the globe.
