Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office functioning. Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using ACT, Sage 50 and Microsoft Office.
• Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support tasks
• Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients as needed
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
• Support bookkeeping activities within AR and AP
• Maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills

Experience

• Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), customer database and Sage 50
• Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
• Knowledge of filing systems, proofreading documents, and organizational best practices
• Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in customer service roles is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional demeanor

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
