Job description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our family law firm in downtown Vancouver. Experience (5+ years) as a legal assistant is required, the experience being in in family law is an asset but not required. The starting time for this job is later Fall 2026.
An idea of the responsibilities: drafting correspondence, managing BF systems, managing lawyer's calendar, working knowledge of family law court procedures, engaging with clients and our support staff, preparing lawyer's accounts.
You have: ideally 5+ years as a legal assistant, interpersonal skills, a team mindset, attention to detail, highly organized, able to work in a high-volume practice.
Salary is tailored to experience. Following a probation period of six months, extended medical benefits and dental reimbursement included.
