Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Operations professional to oversee daily office functions, streamline processes, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative management, team coordination, vendor handling, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Handle facility management, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure a professional and well-organized office environment
Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor workflow and improve efficiency across departments
- Coordinate between different teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Track operational performance and prepare reports
Vendor & Facility Management
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure timely payments and service delivery
HR & Employee Coordination
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases
- Coordinate training sessions and team engagement activities
Finance & Compliance Support
- Assist in basic accounting tasks like invoice processing and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with finance for budgeting and cost control
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications
