We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Senior Staff Accountant who is ready to grow their career in tax and advisory services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with corporate planning, reorganizations and related tax elections
- Supporting tax and estate planning engagements for owner-managed businesses
- Researching complex tax issues and drafting technical memoranda
- Preparing and reviewing corporate, personal, trust, and partnership tax returns
- Working closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning initiatives
- Providing tax support and guidance to Assurance team members
- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advice
- Continuing to expand your technical tax knowledge and advisory experience

- 2+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Hands-on experience with tax planning, reorganizations, estate planning, or tax research
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Confidence navigating complex tax issues and communicating solutions clearly
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share knowledge with teammates
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continue developing your tax expertise
- A client-first mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships
