Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using Airflow on GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design ETL processes for BigQuery datasets.
- Develop Python scripts to automate data processing tasks using Dataproc and PubSub messaging queues.
- Good experience in terraform, airflow and bigquery
- Ensure high availability of the data pipeline by implementing monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or related field.
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery, Dataproc, PubSub,terraform etc.
- Experience with ETL tools like Airflow or equivalent; knowledge of SQL programming language is required.
