• Analyze requirements and document business objectives
• Facilitate consultations with stakeholders regarding their needs
• Develop clear functional and technical specifications
• Assist developers by clarifying documentation and requirements
• Work with QA to validate testing results Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in a similar Functional Analyst role
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proficient in writing functional specifications
• Effective communication and workshop facilitation abilities
