Shift Leader/Supervisor

As the Shift Manager you will oversee all aspects of your location including growing and developing your crew, sales and ensuring that the Firehouse experience is delivered for every Guest!

Responsibilities

Coaching and development of crew.

Help with Inventory Management.

Handle / Resolve Guest issues.

Hands on Leader, willing to help wherever is necessary.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

MUST have a min 2 years Restaurant Supervisor experience.

Strong communication.

Good computer skills.

Able to work flexible hours is an asset.

Has the hospitality gene.

• Required to have safe food handlers certificate (we will compensate if provided within first 3 months of employment)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
