About The Role

This is a full-time and remote role for a Full Stack AI/ML UI Engineer within the Founder's Office at CraticAI. You will play a critical role in designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for cutting-edge machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) applications.

Your responsibilities will include creating scalable web applications, optimizing their performance, and seamlessly integrating backend systems and AI/ML models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, backend developers, and product managers will be essential to translate complex AI workflows into user-friendly interfaces. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and continuously improving UI components to ensure high-quality delivery and a smooth user experience.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that directly impact manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in front-end development using frameworks such as React.js or Angular, along with expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend development, particularly with Node.js, Python (preferably Flask or Django), and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, and familiarity in integrating AI/ML models into user interfaces.
• Skills in database management, including experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with Docker for deployment and scalability.
• Experience with version control tools, specifically Git, and CI/CD pipelines for agile development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a user-centric approach to design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in startup environments or fast-paced, cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and tools like Figma or Adobe XD is advantageous.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML, UI/UX design, and web technologies to bring innovative solutions.
• Assist in deploying applications on cloud platforms and managing version control workflows.
