Contract Bookkeeper – Flexible Hours

Expeditors & Logistics Manitoba is seeking a reliable and organized Bookkeeper on a contract basis.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours and the ability to work independently. We are a growing logistics and transportation company serving Northern Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Invoice preparation and tracking
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Data entry and record keeping
• Assisting with month-end reporting
• Maintaining organized financial records
• Working with our accountant as required

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Professional and confidential handling of company information
