- Work modality: On-site for the first 3 months, then remote
- Locations available: Barranquilla, Cali, Medellín, or Bogotá
- What you will do:
- Manage and optimize vendor files
- Validate benefit structures, rates, and configurations
- Test, debug, and ensure quality of automated processes
- Collaborate with external vendors on integrations and technical improvements
- Execute QA tests on HRIS platforms and new applications
- Document processes, defects, and requirements
- Support HR, implementation, and account management teams
- What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering U.S. benefits with HRIS (e.g., PrismHR or others)
- Fluent English (B2+ or higher)
- Experience in testing, data validation, and QA
- Analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset
