Program Analyst IV – Senior Program & Cost Analyst
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid/Onsite expected)
Clearance: Ability to pass federal background investigation
About The Role
A senior Program Analyst is needed to lead complex analytical work for a federal agency focused on public safety and offender supervision. This role includes life-cycle cost analyses, support for strategic initiatives, and direct advisory work for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop life-cycle cost analyses and financial impact assessments for programs and initiatives.
- Analyze work distribution, staffing levels, and organizational structures; recommend improvements.
- Evaluate administrative processes and systems and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and decision papers for senior leadership.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of program or management analysis experience in federal or related environments.
- Advanced Excel and strong quantitative/analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience preparing complex analytical reports and recommendations.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.
Salary - $110,000 - $120,000
Contingent upon contract award
