Job Description
We are seeking a Content Specialist with a passion for clear storytelling, brand consistency, and modern content strategy. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of writing, editorial thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to the role, supporting Datasite’s centralized Content Studio function across global brands and initiatives. They will help develop content that supports brand positioning, thought leadership, global campaigns, and always-on content programs — shaping how audiences engage with Datasite across digital and AI-driven experiences.
This role supports the development of scalable content systems and editorial standards while collaborating with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative Studio, Field Marketing, and Sales to create compelling, audience-focused content that reinforces Datasite’s market authority. Content Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of always-on content initiatives aligned to global marketing priorities and brand objectives.
- Help maintain editorial standards, messaging frameworks, reusable content systems, and governance processes that support consistency across Datasite and portfolio brands.
- In partnership with global and field marketing teams, maintain content calendars and support content planning aligned with campaign timing, thought leadership priorities, and brand initiatives.
Content Creation & Management
- Produce and refine high-quality content — blogs, website copy, FAQs, executive thought leadership, social content, campaign messaging, and brand materials — with accuracy and a strong understanding of the M&A, financial services, SaaS, and FinTech landscapes.
- Tailor content for diverse audiences, including investment professionals, corporate deal teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of modular and reusable content assets that can scale across campaigns, channels, and regions.
SEO, AEO & Analytics
- Apply SEO and emerging AEO/GEO best practices to improve organic visibility and strengthen Datasite’s discoverability across traditional search, AI-powered experiences, review platforms, and authoritative third-party surfaces.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and contribute insights to improve engagement, discoverability, messaging, and content effectiveness.
- Support AI-assisted content workflows and editorial QA processes that improve scalability while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Corporate Communications, Creative Studio, Field Marketing, and Sales to align content with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Work with subject matter experts across the business to ensure technical accuracy, narrative clarity, and alignment to strategic priorities.
- Support global-to-local content adaptation and translation efforts to help maintain consistency across markets and languages.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, or related roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS, technology, or FinTech environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into persuasive, clear, and audience-relevant content.
- Experience managing content across channels and formats including blogs, web, thought leadership, campaign content, and social media.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO/GEO content practices.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, creative, communications, and product teams.
- Interest in AI-assisted content workflows and modern content operations practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, M&A technology, private markets, SaaS, or capital markets sectors.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative, global organization.
- Familiarity with CMS, DAM, localization, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of content governance, reusable content systems, and scalable editorial workflows.
- Experience supporting thought leadership initiatives, executive content, or enterprise brand programs.
Who Will Thrive Here
- A strategic thinker who can balance brand storytelling with scalable content systems and operational consistency.
