This role is part of the Fluid Conveyance Division at Danfoss India, Pune. As our

Data Analyst

, you’ll play a key role in enabling digital transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making through Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

You will help improve operational efficiency by reducing manual work, streamlining business processes, and building scalable automation and reporting solutions. Your work will directly support business teams in making faster and smarter decisions through automation, dashboards, and data insights.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional business teams and take ownership of reporting and automation initiatives using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI — helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources and Power Query
• Design and implement automation workflows to improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Manage SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, governance, and data structures
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Power Platform solutions and workflows

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, Data Analytics, or equivalent
• This is Third Part Payroll position.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and data analysis
• Strong experience in SharePoint development and administration
• Hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization
• Experience in Power Automate workflow development and Power Apps (Canvas Apps preferred)
• Experience with Power Query for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, filters, aggregations)
• Exposure to Python, APIs, or RPA technologies
• Awareness of AI and automation use cases for business improvement
