Restaurant Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations for our restaurant brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, corporate tie-ups, influencer collaborations, and local store marketing. This role requires someone who can build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute restaurant marketing campaigns and promotions
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Develop strong corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and local collaborations
• Coordinate with influencers, food bloggers, media partners, and event companies
• Handle online reputation management and customer engagement
• Plan events, launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
• Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors for content creation
• Increase footfall through local store marketing and community engagement
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
• Coordinate with operations team for offers, branding, and promotional strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage marketing
• Strong experience in digital marketing and paid advertising
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and content strategy
• Experience in corporate tie-ups, brand partnerships, and collaborations
• Good communication, leadership, and creative skills
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Business, Canva, and marketing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Passion for food, hospitality, and brand building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
