Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Drive-Thru Floor Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The candidate will lead front-of-house and drive-thru service, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily drive-thru and floor operations in a high-volume QSR setting
- Ensure speed of service (SOS), order accuracy, and customer satisfaction meet brand standards
- Lead, train, and motivate team members on QSR service protocols, upselling, and guest engagement
- Monitor drive-thru performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce wait times
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely order execution
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP)
- Manage shift operations including staff scheduling, task delegation, and break management
- Oversee POS systems, drive-thru equipment, and ensure smooth functionality
- Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies
- Prepare daily reports on sales, labor, and operational performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QSR / Fast Food / Drive-Thru operations
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong understanding of QSR workflows, speed of service, and customer handling
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic reporting tools
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international QSR brands (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, etc.)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting systems)
