Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Drive-Thru Floor Manager with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The candidate will lead front-of-house and drive-thru service, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily drive-thru and floor operations in a high-volume QSR setting
  • Ensure speed of service (SOS), order accuracy, and customer satisfaction meet brand standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members on QSR service protocols, upselling, and guest engagement
  • Monitor drive-thru performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce wait times
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely order execution
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HACCP)
  • Manage shift operations including staff scheduling, task delegation, and break management
  • Oversee POS systems, drive-thru equipment, and ensure smooth functionality
  • Maintain inventory control for front-of-house supplies
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, labor, and operational performance

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QSR / Fast Food / Drive-Thru operations
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong understanding of QSR workflows, speed of service, and customer handling
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic reporting tools
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international QSR brands (e.g., McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, etc.)
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting systems)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
