Job Description
By joining CrossCountry you will play a key role in championing our “Better Experience” model and ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates. This position is a steppingstone for individuals who aspire to pursue a career in recruitment, providing hands‑on experience and exposure to various aspects of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews using automated scheduling tools, track candidate progress, and handle timely communication and travel arrangements.
- Welcome candidates visiting our McLean, VA office and provide in‑person interview facilitation support.
- Support recruiting operations, including job creation, postings, and accurate ATS tracking.
- Generate and maintain recurring weekly recruiting reports for leadership using Excel, Alteryx, ATS, and Smartsheet.
- Analyze recruiting data to ensure reporting accuracy and provide clear insights to support Talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and scheduling processes for greater efficiency.
- Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators for prompt follow‑ups.
- Develop and customize templates, candidate messaging, and resources to improve communication throughout the interview process.
- Communicate effectively with global teams across different time zones.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and implement proactive solutions within the talent acquisition process.
- Deliver an exemplary candidate experience, ensuring a white‑glove approach.
What You’ll Bring
- 1‑2 years of coordination experience in recruiting or human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects, with strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred but not required.
- Ability to be on‑site at our McLean, Virginia office at least 3 days per week.
- Passion or strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
