-
Build training frameworks for supervisors, team leads, and subject matter experts to deliver training effectively.
-
Partner with operations, quality, safety, and HR teams to define training standards and deployment plans.
-
Support onboarding, role-based, and ongoing skills development programs across manufacturing functions.

Maintain training content to reflect process, equipment, and compliance changes, ensuring scalability and reusability.
-
Support training deployment through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other tracking tools.
-
Define success measures for training programs and trainer effectiveness, analyzing feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Operations, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
-
3–7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training program design, or workforce development.
-
Experience designing scalable training programs and Train-the-Trainer models, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
-
Strong content development and instructional design skills.
-
Experience rolling out training across multiple sites, shifts, or business units.
-
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), regulated manufacturing environments (safety, quality, compliance), and blended learning solutions.
It’d be great if you have:

Experience in e-learning development or digital training tools.

Ability to travel to support site rollouts or training programs.
-
Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.
Why you’ll love it at Clutch:
