Job Description Working knowledge of Client systemstools such as Client Box, Myworkshop, Outlook and other GEHC applications. IB Data clean-up and management through documentation and analysis using tools in Excel Create project documents for GEHC internal process Daily work on outlook and excel reports Work with all internal stakeholders for discussion on project outcomes and deliverables. Effectively communicate and work with global teams for EOL, FMI and IB projects. Daily reporting mechanism and ensure good communication on project status and create reports. Knowledge and skillset in MS tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, with prior working knowledge.Quality Specific Goals Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals. Complete all planned Quality Compliance training within the defined deadlinesDrive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and daily project activities. Ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Standard practices for service Data Management System.Soft Skills Qualifications Bachelors Degree and minimum 3-4 years of GEHC Service CRM and GEHC databases experience, preferably working in a medical or healthcare field. Previous experience managing large key accounts of product install base linked to Healthcare industry. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels with Client internal teams and externally with customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
