About The Position

This role supports construction projects, assisting with project forecasts/budgets, performing account and financial activities and general administration of other accounting duties for projects.

How You’ll Contribute Prepare, coordinate, and monitor project budgets and forecasts for Managers and Project Managers with periodic updates Monitors project cost transactions and ensure costs are allocated accurately Compete budget/cost allocations as required and required by Managers and Project Managers Works with Managers and Project Managers to ensure that all costs are recorded monthly Works closely with Project Management teams to ensure purchasing is in line with project budget Provides detailed variance analysis on a monthly basis Liaison between the Project Management Team and Finance team/Accounting team Strong time management skills with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail Independently organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
