Your role will ensure compliance with safety protocols and drive productivity improvements within the plant. Your leadership will help cultivate a safety culture focused on zero injuries while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a zero-incident safety culture
• Oversee daily production shift activities
• Ensure sanitation compliance for assigned shifts
• Track and report productivity improvements
• Approve daily reports and KPRs Requirements:
• 5+ years in production operations or relevant fields
• High School diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to work odd hours and rotating shifts
