North America Shift Supervisor

Transform production operations at Bunge North America as a Shift Supervisor in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Drive efficiency and create a safety-first environment across operational shifts. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in canola crushing, oil refining, or similar operational environments.

You will oversee production shift activities while ensuring compliance and monitoring productivity improvements. Your leadership will help foster a culture dedicated to safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise production activities to maximize efficiency
• Ensure the safety and sanitation standards are met
• Track and report productivity for continuous improvement
• Approve shift daily reports and KPRs
• Participate in personnel investigations and suggest corrective actions Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in related production operations
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency necessary
• Availability for rotating shifts and odd hours
