SAP SD Business Analyst (Q2C) – Conga CPQ | MedTech | Remote

We are supporting a global MedTech client on a large-scale S/4HANA programme and are looking for an experienced

SAP SD Business Analyst

with strong

Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

expertise and exposure to

Conga CPQ

.

This is a

long-term freelance contract

, fully remote, working within a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a

Business Analyst across the end-to-end Q2C process

, with a focus on

quote-to-order integration between Conga CPQ and SAP S/4HANA

• Gather and translate business requirements from

sales, pricing, finance, and IT stakeholders

into functional specifications

• Support the design of

Conga CPQ → SAP SD integration flows

, including quote conversion and order creation

• Define and document

data mappings

between CPQ and SAP (products, pricing, customers, contracts)

• Work closely with technical teams on

web services / API-based integrations

• Ensure alignment between

CPQ pricing logic and SAP SD pricing procedures

• Support

end-to-end testing

(quote → order → billing), including UAT coordination

• Identify gaps and propose

enhancements (functional / technical)

where required

• Contribute to

cutover planning, documentation, and business readiness

Key Requirements

• Strong experience as an

SAP SD Business Analyst

within

S/4HANA environments

• Proven

Q2C (Quote-to-Cash)

process expertise, including order management and billing flows

• Hands-on experience working with

Conga CPQ (Apttus)

in an SAP-integrated landscape

• Solid understanding of

SAP SD configuration concepts

, especially:

• Pricing procedures, condition techniques
• Order-to-billing process flows
• Integration with FI/CO
• Experience with

web services / APIs (REST/SOAP)

and integration patterns

• Good understanding of

data mapping and synchronisation

between CPQ and SAP

• Experience working with

middleware tools

(e.g. CPI, PI/PO) is beneficial

• Strong knowledge of

pricing, discounting, and approval workflows

in a CPQ-driven environment

• Experience in

data migration and testing

for Q2C processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in

MedTech / Pharma environments

• Exposure to

global S/4HANA rollout programmes

• Familiarity with

Fiori and S/4HANA data models (CDS views)
