About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with Australian and international clients across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Web Development, Social Media, and Digital Strategy. We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Account Manager/Team Lead who can independently manage a portfolio of accounts while also leading and mentoring a small team of Account Managers.

This role is ideal for someone who understands agency operations, client communication, retention, reporting, upselling, and team coordination at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 key client accounts independently
• Oversee and support a team of 2–3 Account Managers handling approximately 30 accounts each
• Act as the primary point of contact for Australian and international clients
• Conduct regular strategy calls, WIP (work in progress) meetings, and performance reviews with clients
• Coordinate with SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Design, and Content teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals
• Build strong long-term client relationships focused on retention and growth
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services
• Handle escalations, client concerns, and performance-related discussions professionally
• Review reports, campaign progress, and overall account health before client communication
• Train, mentor, and monitor junior Account Managers
• Maintain internal processes, task management, and communication standards
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management
• Strong experience working with Australian clients is mandatory
• Experience handling international clients across multiple industries
• Prior agency experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Experience leading or mentoring Account Managers or client servicing teams
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Websites, Local SEO, and digital marketing strategies
• Good understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Familiarity with AI tools and how AI is transforming digital marketing and search
• Hands-on experience with:
• Zoho
• GoHighLevel CRM
• SEMrush
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and client expectations effectively
• Comfortable working in Australian business hours when required

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
