FP&A Director Driving Telecom Financial Insights

Take on a vital role as the FP&A Director at a leading telecommunications organization, where you will significantly influence financial decision-making and performance. This strategic position collaborates with Customer Operations and Sales & Marketing teams.

Reporting to the VP, FP&A, you will be instrumental in improving budgeting and forecasting processes while delivering insights that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally will be key to supporting corporate planning and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial partnership with Customer Operations and Sales & Marketing
• Refine forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting accuracy
• Analyze performance and deliver trends to senior leadership
• Implement cost optimization and productivity improvements
• Track expenditures against financial plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering; MBA/CPA/CFA is ideal
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial modeling, and budgeting experience
• Familiarity with large capital projects; telecom experience is advantageous
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
