Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific healthcare ad sales strategies for hospitals, clinics, and pharma clients across Tier 1 & 2 Indian markets.
- Prospect, pitch, and close contracts for digital ad placements (Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic) and OOH/medical journal advertising aligned with client KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative and media planning teams to design compliant, patient-centric ad campaigns that adhere to Medical Advertising Act & CDSCO guidelines.
- Maintain a high-velocity pipeline by tracking leads, conversions, and ROI metrics using CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Google Analytics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to showcase campaign impact, secure contract renewals, and upsell additional services.
- Stay ahead of healthcare marketing trends: telemedicine, D2C pharma, and AI-driven patient targeting to propose innovative ad solutions.
