Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing routine maintenance services (new car pre-delivery inspections (PDI), oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.)
- Help with diagnostics and minor repairs under the supervision of experienced technicians
- Learn to troubleshoot and identify issues with vehicle systems
- Keep work area clean, organized, and maintain tools and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Prior automotive experience (such as internships or automotive school) is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (schedule flexibility is a must)
