As the HR Coordinator, you'll support Bayshore’s hiring processes, handle employee inquiries, and maintain human resources files. Your role will feature interviewing potential Field employees, overseeing screening tests, and arranging Information Sessions essential for staff onboarding. Additionally, engage in Health and Safety initiatives to ensure compliance and safety for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage telephone and written inquiries about hiring
• Coordinate interview schedules and conduct evaluations
• Document HR files ensuring all details are current
• Lead Information Sessions and employee identification preparation
• Administer Workers Compensation claims processing

Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma; preferred HR diploma or degree
• Two years of HR experience or equivalent
• Familiarity with HR information systems
• Strong skills in communication and handling difficult situations
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
