Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile and more than 5 years experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively
• Work along side management in seasonal cocktail development, inventory & staff trainings

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bartender in an equal caliber restaurant
• Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for cocktails
• Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of Micros
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Weekend, and morning availability required
