Position: Full-Time Family Therapist Role

The Meadow Lake Tribal Council is seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of practical experience in child and family therapy. This role allows you to provide essential support and interventions, creating better mental health outcomes for families in the community. You will be part of a compassionate team working towards a supportive environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer therapy and support to children and families
• Design personalized care plans as needed
• Connect clients with community resources
• Document client sessions and progress thoroughly

Requirements

• University Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area
• 1-2 years of child and family therapy experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to understanding cultural contexts
• Ability to engage diverse populations
