Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable terms for clients
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels including social media, online platforms, and traditional advertising
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress
• Coordinate with property management teams, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the real estate process
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Stay informed about local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions

Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state of operation
• Proven experience in negotiation, marketing, and customer service roles preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader client base
• Experience with property management or administrative tasks is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with team members as needed
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service throughout every stage of the real estate process

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
