4. Job Description:

Boutique Advisory Firm:

We’re a growing boutique firm focused on SOC 2 for high-growth SaaS and tech companies. Our clients expect more than a report — they want a sharp, practical advisor. That’s the role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead SOC 2 Type I & II audits end-to-end

· Work directly with founders, CTOs, and security teams

· Test controls across Trust Services Criteria

· Identify gaps and deliver clear, actionable recommendations

· Draft and finalize SOC 2 reports

· Mentor junior staff and help improve our process

5. Qualification & Experience:

· Active CPA + CISA (required).

· 4–8+ years in SOC 2 / IT audit

· Strong knowledge of AICPA SOC framework

· Comfortable owning engagements and working client-facing

6.Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is in the range of INR 15–20 lakhs Per Annum, with no bar for exceptional candidates.
