Role Overview:

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle, ensuring timely salary processing, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role requires coordination with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain and update payroll records including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labour law requirements
  • Coordinate with banks for salary disbursement and resolve
