We are hiring a highly experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, who has successfully managed ₹1 Crore+ (10M+ INR) in ad spend and can drive measurable results through data-driven strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands scaling campaigns, AI-driven marketing, and advanced SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Manage and scale high-budget campaigns (₹1 Cr+ ad spend experience required)
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and continuously optimize campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement AI-driven marketing strategies (automation, smart bidding, audience segmentation)
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Collaborate with design/content teams for high-converting ad creatives
- Track and report campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing ₹1 Crore+ ad budget across Meta & Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion tracking
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing and automation
- Solid knowledge of SEO (technical + content + link building)
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
