Agricultural Service Technician Position

Enhance agricultural operations as a Service Technician, focusing on diagnosis and repair of complex equipment. This role offers a blend of shop and field service support, with an emphasis on safety and reliability.

In this position, you will be pivotal in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Collaborating with Parts and Service Advisors, you will ensure timely, high-quality repairs while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards. Previous servicing experience and Journeyperson certification are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Provide in-shop and outdoor service support
• Maintain an organized work area and complete work orders
• Communicate service findings clearly to customers

Requirements

• Journeyperson Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician certification preferred
• Experience with agricultural or heavy equipment repair
• Strong diagnostic skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
